Welcome to Art Class @Angel Dreams Studios!

This week we will explore the colorful world of batik art using safe, friendly techniques to create vibrant fabric designs. This hands-on class encourages creativity while teaching the basics of wax-resist dyeing in a fun and accessible way.

We are thrilled to announce a new Community Art Class (formerly Wednesday Morning Art Class/Homeschool Art Class) made possible in part by a grant from River Valley ARTS. This initiative, supported by the River Valley ARTS Eureka Grant, focuses on building connections across generations through the power of art.
Starting March 6, 2025 we will hold art classes Thursday mornings, from 9-11 AM at Angel Dreams Studios, E2516 Brace Road, Lone Rock WI 53556. These classes welcome individuals of all ages and all abilities, to come together, learn, and create in a collaborative environment. We’ll continue creating together until July 10, culminating in an Artists’ Reception on July 15 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, where we will celebrate and showcase the artwork from our sessions. The exhibit will remain on display through August highlighting the creativity and connections that we foster within our community.
In each 2-hour class, we will begin with a brief art history lesson, followed by a presentation on the technique to be explored, and conclude with a hands-on project inspired by the lesson. All supplies will be included.
Thanks to generous Eureka Grant the cost for participation will remain only $20 per participant per class.
For our younger artists, we kindly ask that children under the age of 5 have a parent stay to assist them. Our projects are designed to accommodate all ages, ensuring everyone can enjoy the creative process.
Please remember to bring a snack and a water bottle to stay energized during our sessions.
